MMTEP is a proudly South African, women-led trading enterprise pairing rigorous programme & project management with environmental waste expertise and sharp communications — work that moves organisations forward while opening the door wider for women.
MMTEP was founded on a simple conviction: South Africa grows stronger when women lead.
Mologadi Mametja’s Trading Enterprise (MMTEP) is a Johannesburg-based, women-led firm. We were built out of first-hand experience of the barriers that keep capable women out of technical, environmental and leadership roles — and out of the determination to rewrite that story through work that speaks for itself.
For us, women’s empowerment is not a slogan bolted onto a company profile. It is how we operate. Every engagement is an opportunity to put women in the room where decisions are made, to transfer skills to the next professional coming up, and to prove — contract by contract — that inclusive teams deliver excellent outcomes.
We bring together three disciplines that rarely sit under one roof: the discipline of programme and project delivery, the technical rigour of environmental waste classification, and the craft of communications. It is an unusual combination, and a deliberate one. It lets us take on complex mandates end to end — and hold ourselves to a single standard across all of them.
Governance, delivery and PMO expertise for technology and business change — from setting up the programme office to driving projects to measurable benefit. Grounded in globally recognised methods.
Assessment, classification and compliance advisory across the full spectrum of general and hazardous waste streams — helping organisations meet their environmental obligations with confidence.
Strategic communications and brand identity that make organisations understood and remembered — and events, from concept to close, that bring people together around a purpose.
We start by listening — understanding your objectives, constraints and the people involved before proposing anything.
A tailored approach that combines technical rigour with inclusive, practical delivery suited to your context.
Clear governance, honest milestones and steady communication — so you always know where things stand.
Handover, training and skills transfer that leave your team stronger and more capable than we found them.
Transparent, accountable delivery. We say what we will do, then do it.
Internationally recognised standards, applied to every mandate we accept.
Active advancement of women in leadership and delivery, in every project.
Practical solutions that protect both people and the environment.
Partnerships that transfer skill and build lasting local capacity.
Success measured not only in outcomes, but in the opportunity we create.
